Description du poste

Support for the organization of training of international HR correspondents in the other Group countries.

Contribute to the alignment of worldwide processes about employee shares management, support the creation of a user manual and database cleaning.

Accompany Shareholders in the resolution of their requests through our CRM tool.
These missions will lead the trainer to collaborate with the employee shareholding advisors, the Human Resources in the countries outside France and the experts of the other Divisions of the Shareholder Services Department(Asset management, account management, shareholder relations, taxation).
Description du profil
Good knowledge of Google suite and Excel
Fluent in english, and good level of french (read, spoken, written)
Additional Information
Air Liquide has been awarded the Happy Trainees label.
The internship will take place in the Group's historical headquarters in the center of Paris at Quai d'Orsay.
