Description du poste
The Data & AI / Marketing Europe team has launched a project to create a Data Lake on GCP for the Europe region, along with a visualization solution in Power BI. The goal is to automate data collection from different countries and group-wide tools, ingest it into GCP for various business lines (Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, etc.), and design dashboards specific to each domain to facilitate business performance monitoring via Power BI.
As part of this project, you will contribute to:
- Defining and structuring the KPI framework for all business domains.
- Identifying and mapping the available data sources across the six countries in the Europe zone.
- Automating the ingestion of data into GCP, ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Supporting the project team (comprising a project director and two project managers) in all project management activities, including:
- Gathering and defining business requirements for each dashboard.
- Preparing Steering Committees (SteerCo).
- Reporting and tracking the progress of different work streams.
- Risk management.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Data Lake, including managing GCP folders, access permissions.
- Maintaining, updating, and developing data democratization tools, as well as data products to meet business user needs.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, combining expertise in data architecture, data engineering, data analysis, data visualization, data product ownership, as well as business owners from various domains (Finance, Marketing, Sales, cross-functional projects) at both the group and country levels.
In direct collaboration with teams from the six countries in the Europe zone, you will be actively involved in all phases of the project.
This includes building the KPI repository to ensure consistency and standardization of performance indicators, as well as identifying and mapping available data sources across the different countries and group-wide tools.
You will also contribute to automating the ingestion of structured data into GCP, ensuring its quality and reliability, while participating in the implementation and optimization of the Data Lake to centralize and facilitate data access.
Finally, you will play a key role in the development and deployment of analytical dashboards in Power BI, enabling business teams to monitor their activities efficiently and make informed decisions.
