The FP&A Analyst ENA position for Procurement is pivotal to ensuring the reliability, consistency, and performance of financial management for the Europe & North Africa region. The role sits within a Controlling team structured by areas of expertise, with a strong focus on process optimization, reporting industrialization, and supporting organizational evolution.
This position is strategic for maintaining the quality of deliverables, supporting team upskilling, and driving the department's digital and analytical transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cost forecasting and tracking: Act as the main liaison between the Business and Accounting teams to ensure accurate cost management.
Support monthly closing: Extract and process general ledgers, analyze costs, monitor headcount, and prepare standard reports.
Drive budget and forecast loading: Manage budget and forecast files, and monitor variances in collaboration with the FP&A ENA finance team.
Centralize and ensure reliable financial reporting: Produce, consolidate, and distribute standard and recurring reports for the department to enable consistent regional management.
Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice sharing: Drive process optimization and promote reporting best practices across divisions and regions.
Your profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance / Audit or Business Controlling
Intellectual curiosity, critical and analytical thinking that allow you to quickly understand the issues at stake related to your position
Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of service, and proactivity to build a trusting relationship with your stakeholders
Fluency in English and French
