Description
The apprentice will contribute to key HR analytics and HR controlling activities, including:

Design, build, test, and maintain People Analytics and HR controlling reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (e.g. headcount, labor cost, workforce structure)
Support HR controlling processes, including headcount controlling, labor cost analysis, and Year‑End (YE) processes
Contribute to compensation and social reporting, including topics such as gender pay gap, workforce demographics, and age or equity analyses

Gather business requirements and translate them into clear analytics or controlling deliverables
Source, clean, validate, and structure data; contribute to the development of reliable data models
Translate data into actionable insights and present findings clearly to HR stakeholders
Prepare user guides, documentation, and process materials to support self‑service reporting and data literacy
Partner with HR colleagues and local teams during HR processes, contributing to global legal, social, and compliance reporting
Support data quality controls and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee data in line with privacy regulations
Contribute to the ongoing development of analytical and digital capabilities across HR

Profile Requirements
Strong motivation, initiative, and ability to work proactively with a high degree of autonomy

Reliable, well‑organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with quantitative data
Tech‑oriented profile with the ability to quickly learn BI tools and digital processes
First experience in a corporate or professional environment is preferred

Technical Skills
Excel: strong proficiency required (formulas, pivot tables, data preparation)Power BI: ability to use the tool as a creator, including building reports, dashboards, and queries
Understanding of databases and data structures
Nice to have: knowledge of Python or R for statistical or data analysis
Experience or strong interest in HR analytics, HR controlling, social/business controlling, or compensation topics

Education
Enrolled in an HR‑ or data‑focused Master program, such as:

Human Resources
Business Administration
Data / Analytics
Economics
Industrial / Organizational Psychology
Or a related field

Soft Skills
Communicative and collaborative, with the ability to present results clearly to stakeholders

Comfortable preparing documentation, user guides, and structured materials
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Languages
English: C1 fluency required (written and spoken) French: a plus, but not mandatory
