Description du poste
Context
As part of a large-scale ERP transformation program (called LEAP), the Change Management team is looking for a Change Management Intern, with exposure to selected PMO activities. The internship takes place in an international, structured, and collaborative environment, at the heart of a strategic transformation program.
Objective of the Internship
Support the Change Management team in deploying change management initiatives and contribute, in support, to selected program management (PMO) activities, with the objective of driving adoption of new processes and tools by end users.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management
Under the supervision of the Change Leads and Adoption director, the intern will contribute to the following activities:
- Support to the program communication plan:
- Support in preparing and disseminating project communications (key messages, milestones, updates)
- Maintenance and updates of collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, intranet, etc.)
- Creation of communication and engagement content:
- Contribution to the creation of communication materials including design and editing of video content (presentations, infographics, newsletters, digital assets)
- Animation of the Core team:
- Operational and logistical support for change-related events (workshops, information sessions, roadshows, kick-off events)
- Coordination with internal stakeholders (project teams, IT, business teams, communication)
- Monitoring of Isay results on Change / Engagement + training feedback & completion (in coordination with PRU) + tracking & consolidation of Pilots' survey
- Expand Change Management expertise through the Group
- Structure the animation of a Change community for Leap (& beyond) acte as a a community manager for Change SPOCs / Lead & HR by wave
PMO Activities (Support)
- Contribution to program planning and milestone tracking
- Change Knowledge Management - handle documentation storage with other PMOs (ex: Business Procedures for Leap & also Infinity + other transformation) to create one source of truth
- Update of project dashboards (progress, risks, action plans)
- Support in preparing materials for project and steering committees
- Follow-up on actions and decisions

Frequent interactions in a collaborative and international project environment.
Profile
- Student enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bachelor +4 / Master level)
- Strong interest in Change Management, digital transformation, and project management
- Comfortable with content creation, particularly video (video editing tools are a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized, structured, and proactive
- Able to work in a multi-stakeholder, structured project environment
