Description du poste
Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a its future HR Digital Project Management Apprentice starting in September 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
Within the Global Tech department, join our "HR Tech" team and support our various subsidiaries, located all over the world, in the digital transformation of the HR function through process harmonization and simplification, to foster innovation in an Agile environment.
You will join the HR Tech CoE (Center of Excellence), structured around 5 products covering the entire employee lifecycle within the group:
- Employee Staffing
- Performance, Talent, and D&I
- Learning & Employee Engagement
- Compensation & Benefits
- Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking
Your key missions?

1. Right hand of the Head of HR Tech
- Strategic Support: Act as the "right hand" to the Head of HR Tech, ensuring global product delivery stays on track through proactive planning and progress monitoring.
- Governance Lead: Orchestrate weekly and monthly syncs, moving beyond simple minutes to produce executive summaries and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Roadmap Orchestration: Maintain and evolve the HR Tech transformation roadmap within ProductBoard, aligning stakeholder needs with technical feasibility.

2. Innovation & Operational Excellence
- AI & Automation: be part of ongoing opportunities to optimize the HR, Employee and HR Tech "Ways of Working" by implementing AI-driven Proofs of Concept (POCs) and automating recurring administrative tasks.
- Product Owner Support: Provide agile, ad-hoc assistance to Product Owners during critical launch phases or deep-dive technical explorations.

3. Product Analytics & Performance
- Data-Driven Insights: Partner with Product Owners to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that showcase the CoE's value and impact across the Group.
- Dashboarding: Build and maintain visual reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into product health and adoption.

4. Change Management & Employee Experience
- Feature Deployment: Drive the adoption of new HRIS features by designing "innovative" communication campaigns and training materials that bridge the gap between tech and the end-user experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare high-impact presentations for diverse audiences, translating complex HR Tech topics into compelling narratives.

- You are pursuing a higher education degree in Digital with an interest in HR or HRIS, looking for a 12 or 24-month apprenticeship
- You are fluent in English
- You are autonomous, constructive, pragmatic, and enjoy working on a variety of topics (HR, Finance, IT)
- You are a strong team player
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of service
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, show initiative, and are proactive
