Joining Accor means actively contributing to defining, structuring, and supporting the transformation of an international group, in direct connection with operational teams around the world.
1. Brand Standards & Quality Assurance
- Set-up and implement annual Quality Assurance process
- Ensure roll out of process and support from all internal stakeholders as well as owner communication
- Support renovation and asset management processes
2. Service & new initiatives strategic review
- Prioritize and filter initiatives coming from Accor central teams
- Ensure initiatives provide clear ROI for franchise owners
- Collaborate with strategy team to ensure HYG has a dedicated franchise edition which is clearly designed around Owner value proposition
3. Regional alignment
- Coordinate with regional leadership teams to ensure regional franchise support offering is aligned with global franchise strategy (quality assurance, owner mindset, no over servicing)
- Owner relations: partner with CEOs for strategic accounts where BRM would benefit from global presence or support
- Support adoption of performance tools and best practices
4. Development Support
- Support regional development teams in the transition to the new HFA
- Develop franchise value proposition tools for development
- Join development in franchise negotiations if needed to establish trust in the new franchise model
- Develop franchise operator screening process establishing clear criteria per segments and support options for potential partners requiring additional training prior to branding
- Partner with development teams to ensure brand integrity in pipeline
5. Owner retention
- Monitor churn risks
- Support renewal process and retention strategies
- Hoteliers at heart: Past or present operational experience is essential to ensure credibility with regional teams.
- International mindset: To reflect the global dimension of the group.
- Business-centric: Able to translate strategy into a concrete value proposition for owners (asset-light vision).
- Change agents: Ability to co-build a vision and, above all, to drive it within a sometimes complex matrix environment.
- At least 13 years of experience
Beyond expertise, we will target candidates who are able to:
- Influence without direct authority: Ability to build relationships across regions and convince a variety of stakeholders.
- Navigate ambiguity: Resilience and agility in evolving or undefined scopes.
- Be hands-on: Full autonomy and strong operational drive (not actively seeking team management responsibilities at this stage).
