Hyde Melbourne Place is on the lookout for a passionate Business Development Executive whom will be the driving force behind our growth, reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing. With a passion for people and a sharp eye for opportunity, you'll help shape the future of our venue by building strong client connections and bringing bold ideas to life.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Hyde Melbourne Place through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Explore untapped markets and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to implement sales strategies.
- Assist in creating and presenting proposals for Pumphouse's services.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated sales experience in a hotel or venue environment.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the hotel or venue industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A natural leader with a passion for seeking out new business opportunities.
- Enthusiastic about building relationships and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and business goals.
- A self-driven team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
