Description du poste
Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for an Application Portfolio Management intern for 6 months from July to Dec 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
You will contribute to optimization of the organization's portfolio of IT assets, with a primary focus on applications. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including IT leaders, business analysts, enterprise architects, and application owners, to ensure that the application portfolio aligns with business objectives and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and willingness to drive results in a dynamic IT environment.
Your key missions:
- You will contribute to the assessment, classification, and optimization of the organization's application portfolio.
- You will work closely with application owners to ensure that applications align with business needs and contribute to strategic goals.
- You will contribute to the prioritization of applications based on business value, risk, and strategic importance.
- You will contribute to the evaluation of the total cost of ownership for each application and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- You will work with financial analysts to manage the IT portfolio budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- You will collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure that the IT portfolio meets regulatory requirements.
- You will contribute to the identification of risks associated with the application portfolio.
- You will communicate IT portfolio strategy, status, and performance to key stakeholders and leadership.
- You will prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into the health and effectiveness of the IT portfolio.

- You are currently pursuing a degree from a Business or Engineering School, with a passion for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, using technology to enhance productivity.
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills for making data-driven decisions.
- You have effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across diverse teams.
- You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
