International Business Development & Corporate Relations Internship

Job Summary: ESSCA School of Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Business Development & International Corporate Relations team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic partnerships, international outreach, and corporate engagement within the dynamic environment of a leading business school. The ideal candidate will assist in fostering relationships with global corporations, support business development initiatives, and contribute to the expansion of the school's international presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to gather market intelligence about the higher education industry, identify potential corporate partners, industry trends, and opportunities for international collaboration.
  • Analyze data and reports to support decision-making processes related to business development strategies.

Partnership Development:

  • Assist in identifying, contacting, and building relationships with key international corporate partners.
  • Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective and existing partners.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing international corporate events, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

Marketing & Communication:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update promotional materials for corporate relations and international outreach.
  • Draft and distribute communication materials, such as newsletters, reports, and presentations, to engage and inform corporate partners.
  • Enter data into ESSCA's CRM system to support follow-up activities and direct mail campaigns.

️ Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of corporate partnerships, including contacts, agreements, and progress reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Development & International Corporate Relations team as needed.

This position may require some travelling to different ESSCA campuses or to meet with international companies.

Terms of interniship :

  • Full time position (35h) per week - 6 months, starting asap
  • Internship agreement necessary
  • Legal compensation /month + travelling expenses

Description du profil

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in business development, corporate relations, and international business.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.

✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with an interest in global business trends and international markets.

️ Fluency in English is required; French language is a plus.
