Description du poste

Brand PositioningIntern - Culture & Creative Center of Excellence - Pernod Ricard - 6 months starting July 2026 - Paris

About the C&C COE

The Culture & Creative Center of Excellence is the Group's internal partner for Brand Positioning and Design. We act as a custodian of Brand Positioning and Design, elevating creativity, ensuring consistency, and turning our brands into cultural leaders across categories and markets.

We support the 12 priority brands of the Group with hybrid modes of intervention: we craft strategic and creative recommendations for brand teams, and we provide sharp feedback and guidance to support brands working with external agencies.

Your scope

You will contribute to the elevation of the brand positioning of our brands, through the use of the Brand Book, across the 12 priority brands of the Group, spanning:

Brand Building (Brand Books / Brand Worlds / Cultural platforms). You will help build or update brand books bringing together:

  • Brand positioning

  • Brand DNA

  • Cultural platforms (what the brand stands for culturally, and how it shows up)

Design: Pack & Space. You will support design projects, creating guidelines that translate strategies into a clear set of ingredients (identity rules, tone of voice, values) and applications (visual, verbal, experiential) :

  • Pack Design: from concept to final artworks (pack revamp, innovation / NPD, strategic limited editions)
  • Space Design: retail, global events, brand homes…

Key missions

1/ Brand Universe Creation

You will support the creation of brand universes (guidelines for brand identity and attitude) through strategic planning in close collaboration with consumer foresight, creative, and marketing teams.

  • Contribute to brand books and creative platforms (structure, narrative, design references, "do & don't").

  • Generate ideas and inspiration territories: cultural research, design and brand benchmark analysis, competitor mappings.

  • Produce compelling presentation decks that sell a vision with a clear creative direction, narrative, and strategy.

2/ Project Management, Planning and Department Development

You will co-build project planning by aligning with local Culture & Creative and Marketing brand teams on deliverables, priorities, and timelines.

  • Follow up on project management for Design projects.

  • Support budget and timeline planning for incoming briefs.

  • Organize and run recurring project routines: meeting agendas, actions, follow-ups, decision logs.

  • Work to tight deadlines by managing your own time effectively across multiple projects.

  • Take part in the construction of the roadmap and support the continuous improvement of our ways of working.

  • Help build templates (briefs, deck structures, benchmark formats, tracking tools).

You will not be "just support": you will actively participate in strategic thinking and be expected to be force of recommendation on creative directions (territories, references, narrative framing, deck storytelling). You may be fully autonomous on selected workstreams once onboarded.

What we're looking for :

  • Strategic and creative mindset : you can connect consumer insights, culture, and brand strategy into clear creative direction.

  • Advanced storytelling and visual communication skills : you can build decks that are sharp, structured, and desirable.

  • Strong project management reflexes : you can prioritize, track, follow up and keep projects moving.

  • High attention to detail : you proofread, you check, you deliver clean work.

  • Collaborative energy : you're comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and different profiles.

  • Languages : English (C2-level) is required. French is highly valuable for day-to-day collaboration with some partners.

  • Interest in design, luxury, art/culture, brand worlds, packaging and retail experiences.

Recruitment timeline :

  • 25 February - application deadline

  • Late February - first contact with the HR team

  • Mid-March - interviews with the hiring manager

  • Late March - final decision, offer made and onboarding preparation

Important: To apply, you must be able to complete a 6-month internship and provide a valid internship agreement ("convention de stage") issued by your school/university.

What's in it for you:

  • Monthly gross internship allowance: from €1,410 (Bac +4 / gap year) to €1,550 (Bac +5)

  • On-site company restaurant

  • Unlimited access to Coursera to support your learning and development

  • Internal events (e.g., masterclasses, conferences)
