We are looking for a Brand Planning Manager Gin & Apéritif ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
As part of the Gin&Aperitif Brand architecture team brand team, the Marketing Manager brand Planning will support the development and implementation of the Malibu brand strategy and drive sustainable performance growth in collaboration with marketing expert functions, boost markets and organizational stakeholders. He/she will also lead and support on the Pernod-Ricard and TAC brand planning cycle as well as other high-profile strategic projects The role will be the lead for the implementation of the TAG Management System for Malibu and will support the Director Strategy, Portfolio & Innovation - Malibu on other key strategic projects.
Your key missions:

Support Director with the analysis & performance & equity tracking of the Brand identifying insights to be actioned and consolidation for the BU - Aperitif & Gins

Support performance analysis between G&A and Key Drive Markets to fuel joint strategic analysis of brand plans by ensuring the relevance and fit of marketing plans to business objectives, local needs and global brand strategy, and track business and initiatives performance

Lead the IBP content & release in collaboration with market activation team, Global Innovation and Global RTD teams - Support the IBP process with consolidated documents ensuring consistency across the brands and unit G&A and leading info with BAT / portfolio teams

Championing the Crystal management system : leading consolidation for steerco week Strat meeting, lead BMF agenda with head of, Lead monthly strategic alignment meetings to ensuring timely dissemination of information to rest of brand team, affirm priorities & own budget consolidated overview & process - ensure regular training on CMS with the teams
