You will be responsible for selling products from the Omniseal Solutions portfolio (seals, polymer parts, composites …) to assigned territory existing and new customers, with particular focus on accounts in the area of Aviation, Life Sciences and Space. So, if you would say yes to the majority of the points below, you'd probably be a great fit and we would be really interested to hear how we can bring your individuality to our great team: • Has a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a Technical discipline (8+ years experience may be considered in lieu of a technical degree). • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales with a focus on technical sales of components. • Ability to read blueprints and interface with engineers on technical aspects of application. • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work with the customer to understand their needs and deliver on them. • Displays in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic job knowledge of related disciplines and in-depth understanding of how the job fits within the team.

• Calls on prospective and existing accounts and determines specific applications for polymer and composite engineered solutions. • Completes technical service requests for quotations or project action request for engineering and/or design and pricing considerations. • Communicates and presents product line and company capabilities to customers. • Interfaces with customers on pricing, quality and delivery information; provides product samples as required. • Researches and develops competitive date and potential market opportunities. • Review and management of assigned strategic business customers including but not limited to; strategic distribution and tier one suppliers. • Negotiates complex long term agrees with strategic customers.
