In an increasingly competitive context, the ambition is very strong for Suez Digital Solutions: to establish the group's global leadership in the Water sector and to accelerate in the Waste activity, and to double the Group's turnover in digital activities by 2027.

Digital solutions is organized around 3 large families of solutions (solution lines), in charge of product publishing and an operations department, in charge of the deployment and operation of customer projects in the different regions.


The 3 solution lines are :
- Smart Metering & Smart Cities (> 6 million connected meters deployed worldwide)
- Water Operations & Assets solutions (software solutions for global management of the water cycle and management of investments in infrastructure in water and waste, > 1500 platforms deployed)
- R&R Solutions & Customer Portals (digital solutions to optimize waste management, from collection to the different recovery sectors)

The operations division is made up of a central team, mainly based in France, and departments based in strategic countries/regions for the development of Digital Solutions, namely, to date: France, UK, Italy, North America, Australia / New Zealand and China/Asia.

Position Overview:
As Product Marketing Manager for the Aquadvanced product line, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy, marketing and communication plan design and delivery. You will be in the marketing team, and you will work closely with the product managers, the Sales and the Operations team.
Aquadvanced(c) is an innovative water management solution designed to optimize the performance and efficiency of water operation through data analysis, artificial intelligence and advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Define and analyze the smart water value chain, regarding different countries.
- Conduct market research to understand client segments, target markets, their needs, expectations, and competitors, along the value chain.
- Perform market monitoring, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis.
- Engage in user research, including workshops, interviews, questionnaires, and feedback collection.

Develop and implement a marketing and communication plan to empower with company strategy and sales trajectory.

Operational Marketing:
- Produce marketing materials and educational resources for product updates and launches.
- Develop a toolkit for creating presentation materials and commercial pitches (recommendations, one-pagers, benefits matrix, videos).
- Collect and analyze customer and user feedbacks.
- Tailor sales arguments for different market segments and customer needs.
- Communicate product benefits and value through effective messaging.
- Marketing content for media releases, social media communication or events.

Customer Success:
- Craft targeted messages for the audience using creativity and product knowledge.
- Monitor KPIs to measure goal achievement and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with development, sales, and support teams to ensure product initiative coherence and adoption.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product initiatives.

Report regularly to management on performance, results, and recommendations for improvement.

Sales Support:
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams on the Aquadvanced product and its benefits.
- Provide ongoing support to sales teams with tools, answers to questions, and product updates.
- Collect and analyze feedback from sales teams to identify product and marketing strategy improvements.
_ Adjust marketing tactics and product features based on feedback to better meet market needs.

Description du profil

Qualifications Required:
Education: Master's degree in marketing, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably in digital solutions or water management sectors.

Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Languages: Proficiency in French and English. A third language is a plus.
Passion for the product, problem-solving attitude, client-centric.
Curious, humble, hands-on, humility.
