The OTA Key Account Manager aims to put in place & execute a strategic action plan with a focus on driving sustainable growth for Accor and Hotels. To do so, the action plan should contribute to diversification of the channel mix, increased visibility on OTAS, control of the distribution cost and protect the value of our web direct & loyalty program.
He / She is working closely with the different Accor Business Units, and in particular with the local e-commerce or account managers who are his/her relays in their dedicated regions.
Your mission:
OTA Key Account Management (Trip.com & more local/niche accounts)
- Negotiate contractual agreement on a very frequent basis
- Regular follow-up of the KPIs to challenge stakeholder
- Work closely with the hubs/divisions in their local account management & action plan implementation
- Negotiate strong and relevant marketing plans with the objective to increase Accor brand awareness
- Organize regular quarterly business review with Sales & technical teams
Coordination with local OTA Teams (E-commerce & Sales)
- Co-design of action plans to support the business development strategy
- Exchange with local account managers on the identification of opportunities with local players
- Regular communication regarding OTA partnership updates
- Training on tools & new processes

- Build business case for technology evolution
- Project management on technology-related improvements with digital experts
- Regular meetings with legal department (existing and new partners contracting, tax management)
- Provide feedback on performance toward sales performance & BI teams
- Conduct transversal project with loyalty and web direct teams

Past experience on Online Travel Agencies & technology related to travel Industry
Past experience in negotiating global, multi-interlocutor and multi-cultural contracts
Relevant E-Commerce, Sales or Revenue Management expertise with experience in building strong relationship with local teams and online partners
Manage a portfolio of key accounts
Strong analytical skills and mindset
Curious about other cultures
Have a strong team spirit
Ability to federate internally with the different department
High Conviction approach
Ability to establish a strong partnership relationship with customers
