Daily treasury
- Daily cash management of Holding entities: banking reconciliation, payments, collections, short term forecasts monitoring, and transfers between accounts
- Back up of the other Cash Managers of the team (in charge of other regions or divisions for daily treasury tasks)
Cash Management
- Support for cash centralization actions at Group level, in collaboration with the cash management director
- Follow-up the evolution of internal cash and debt positions and identify the sources of optimization for these positions
- Put in place automatic cash pooling structures with the Group
- Identify opportunities to improve cash efficiency, reduce financing costs Manage and keep updated the bank accounts cartography and the bank signatories' list for the area, in connection with the IT team
- Support for cards programs deployment and recurring management
- Contribution to exceptionnal transactions like M&A, Key Money, capital increase, dividend payment
Transversal
- Project of cash flow forecasts definition and monitoring (mid-term / long-term)
- Project of bank fees monitoring
- Ensure appropriate documentations, processes are in place and comply with group policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the treasury activities
- Master degree, business school or university with a major in Corporate Finance or Treasury
- A first professional experience up to 2 years within a Treasury Department would be highly valued
- Knowledges in Corporate Finance, and especially in Treasury
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical mindset, collaborative-driven spirit
- Natural appetite for continuous improvement
- Fluent in French and English
