Job aim

Join our Enterprise Performance Management team Center of Excellence (EPM CoE), a team playing a pivotal role in supporting Pernod Ricard's global financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes through Tagetik. In addition to the ownership of the group reporting planning and consolidation tool, the EPM CoE collaborates across global teams and systems to drive transversal finance projects (ERP integration, Data Governance, Business performance restitution etc…).

The EPM Manager is responsible for ensuring that the EPM CoE effectively supports users worldwide, drives EPM optimization in alignment with business needs, and contributes to the Group's transformation roadmap. You will play a key role leading change management initiative and contributing to strategic projects that optimize end-to-end financial processes. This role is ideal for a corporate finance professional with a strong appetite for project management, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

She/he will complete the following missions:

Roles and responsibilities:

Mission 1: Optimise end-to-end financial planning, consolidation and reporting processes and data

o Centralize and track Affiliates' and Headquarter finance teams' evolutions requests

o Support Senior Functional Analyst in documented functional requirements with end users

o Closely work with Tech team to ensure secure and timely delivery of evolutions requested by business end-users

o Ideate process & ways of working improvements related to finance to improve tool usage

Mission 2: Participate to the Group Transformation roadmap by leading or supporting specific projects

o Support key initiatives within the Group Finance roadmap, including SAP integration, Finance Data Convergence project, and any other programs focus on improving finance data quality and processes

o Lead project workshops, offering insights and providing expert functional and technical input

o Assess impacts of project decision on Polaris platform and processes, and identify required changes

o Identify interdependence across the EPM platform and work transversally with other teams to remediate

o Define and coordinate with Tech teams the implementation of necessary changes to ensure seamless integration and process alignment

Mission 3: Ensure User Adoption and Engagement Across the EPM Platform through change management and user support

o Act as an oversight lead to ensure EPM CoE as a primary entry point of contact for Affiliates and HQ on functional topics related to processes for planning, budgeting, consolidation, internal and external reporting.

o Collaborate with EPM Technical teams and other EPM stakeholders to resolve complex issues and coordinate transversal queries

o Share holistic view on EPM platform & relay key messages to users

o Identify training needs and deliver engaging sessions, relay needs for other tools to relevant teams

o Establish and nurture strong relationships with the Affiliates' Finance/Transformation community to gather insights and feedback on the EPM platform

o Facilitate regular exchanges to collect best practices, user experiences, and improvement suggestions, ensuring the tool evolves in line with business needs.

Skills required:

Technical skills

o Strong understanding of EPM processes: financial planning, consolidation and reporting

o Solid functional understanding of Group reporting and controlling

o Experience with Tagetik and/or EPM tools is a strong advantage

o Proficient in Project management, with the ability to run end to end project in autonomy

o Change Management: training, communication and solid experience in stakeholder management

o Strong affinity with tools and technologies with the ability to collaborate effectively with Tech teams

o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

o Experience with dashboarding tools, PowerBI is a plus

Management skills

Working language: English, French is a plus

Profile required

- Education required: Engineer's school/ Business school/ Equivalent University Degree

- Work experience required: at least 7 years of experience in EPM implementation projects (consulting, system/process support) and/or in finance analysts / FP&A roles with interest in Digital finance tools, ideally in the FMCG sector

- Skills acquired in the previous professional experience: Solid foundation in finance, planning and accounting processes and systems, with a keen interest in digital transformation.
