Your responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and energize a dynamic team by fostering a culture of attentive, demanding, and warm service.
- Maintain a strong floor presence, felt equally by your team and our guests.
Talent Development
- Support each team member's growth by nurturing their skills and professional development.
- Foster a supportive and stimulating environment where everyone can bring their best.
Commercial Performance & Strategy
- Drive revenue growth through targeted and innovative commercial initiatives, in close collaboration with the Director of Operations.
Cost Management & Financial Control
- Manage the P&L with rigour, optimising costs without ever compromising on quality or the guest experience.
- Find effective and creative solutions to everyday operational challenges.
F&B Quality & Standards
- Uphold Food & Beverage standards and ensure a first-class guest experience at every service.

We need you if…
- You have proven experience in restaurant management (minimum 3 years)
- You have natural leadership skills and a sharp sense of guest service
- You are comfortable with numbers and operational management
- You bring initiative, creativity, and the ability to bring people together
- You communicate excellently, both in writing and in person
- Your glass is always half full.
