Then come and join our EMEA team as Compliance Officer for all Siemens Healthineers group companies in France. You will be responsible to ensure the effective implementation, execution and monitoring of the Siemens Healthineers compliance program in all companies.
You will report into the FBL Zone Head of Legal & Compliance and be part of the wider Compliance EMEA-2 team, managed out of the Siemens Healthineers Headquarter in Erlangen.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor to the management of the Siemens Healthineers companies in France with respect to Compliance matters.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Siemens Healthineers business strategy in France and its overseas territories by providing strategic and operational guidance in Compliance matters.
- Implement and ensure execution and monitoring of the Siemens Healthineers Compliance program across all Siemens Healthineers legal entities in France.
- Secure continuous knowledge transfer by providing guidance and education to the management and business teams on relevant Compliance laws and topics, including regular Compliance trainings.
- Fostering and promoting the development and implementation of practical solutions together with management and business, while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and the Siemens Healthineers Business Conduct Guidelines.
- Drive business communication activities to promote Compliance and integrity in the respective companies.
- Be a proactive member of the Siemens Healthineers France management teams.
- Be comfortable as a challenger to the management and to the business when appropriate.
- Demonstrate credibility and advice to the management and board members of the Siemens Healthineers companies in France.
- Collaborate closely with other Siemens compliance, legal, and data privacy specialists within the Zone, Headquarters, and the global Siemens Healthineers legal and compliance network.
- Embody the core values of Siemens Healthineers, such as integrity, honesty, respect and reliability.
- Follow-up and interact with regulatory authorities in France and represent the Siemens Healthineers Compliance function externally (e.g. industry associations).
Your qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years work experience within Compliance area.
- Master degree and lawyers or business degree, Compliance studies or long-time Healthcare sector experience in similar function.
- Relevant work experience collected in the Healthcare and/or Life Sciences sector is highly appreciated, especially knowledge of and experience with French anti-gifts, transparency and other compliance-related laws and regulations, as well as interactions with relevant regulatory authorities in France.
