Description du poste

The Enterprise Risk Manager will assist in identifying, evaluating, and managing the Group Risks & Opportunities. Under the supervision of the Executive Advisor to Group CFO and Head of Risk Management, the Enterprise Risk Manager will help implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process in order to minimize the potential impact of risks on the Group.

  • Identify potential risks and opportunities related to the Group's operations, projects, and business environment.
  • Assess the impact and likelihood of identified risks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prioritize risks based on their potential impact on the Group.
  • Support Business Units, Differentiation Units, and Business Partners in developing risk registers and aligning them with the corporate risk register.
  • Support risk owners and action plan pilots in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Work with various departments to monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies, including coordination with Internal Control and Internal Audit.
  • Define and implement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to track the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
  • Assist the Head of Risk Management in the preparation of risk reports to the top management, highlighting key risks and mitigation status.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture within the organization.
  • Provide training on risk management practices and the importance of risk awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support risk management efforts.
  • Provide methodological support on Risk Management to ensure coherence regarding risk management practices and objectives.
  • Stay updated on regulations, best practices, and emerging risks.
  • Continuously monitor the ERM process and identify opportunities for continual improvement.

Description du profil

Qualification / Education :
Master's/Engineering degree or equivalent or Bachelor's degree withrelevant experience.
Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably within aconsulting firm or industrial environment.

Skills :

  • Proven experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Strong analytical skills to review and challenge risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of quantitative analysis/risk modeling and/or Corporate Finance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
