Job Description

We are looking for our next Manager, Sales Technology and Luxury & Lifestyle Distribution who will be responsible for driving Accor's Luxury & Lifestyle B2B distribution strategy and execution , ensuring optimal rate management, channel alignment, and partner connectivity globally. In addition to leading commercial distribution operations, the role will govern the Salesforce CRM ecosystem for Luxury & Lifestyle Global Sales and oversee strategic deployment of Cvent for meetings and events-related B2B channels.

This position blends strong hospitality distribution expertise with commercial technology acumen, ensuring global processes are efficient, accurate, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities:

B2B Distribution Operations - 60%

•Execute Strategic Rate Management : Lead comprehensive rate loading processes for luxury travel partners, corporate accounts, and strategic B2B clients, ensuring precision, competitive positioning, and timely activation across all distribution channels

•Drive Pricing Excellence : Conduct systematic rate audits and pricing analysis to maintain consistency, ensure compliance with global standards, and optimize competitive market positioning

•Deliver Expert Operational Support : Provide high-level support to hotel teams for complex distribution inquiries, system troubleshooting, and issue resolution across GDS, channel management platforms, and booking systems

•Establish Process Excellence : Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation of rate structures, SOPs, and partner distribution guidelines to ensure global alignment and operational consistency

•Enable Strategic Growth : Execute seamless rollout of innovative distribution models and processes developed by leadership, ensuring successful adoption and implementation at hotel level

•Optimize Performance Analytics : Collaborate with corporate distribution and revenue management teams to enhance rate visibility, track performance metrics, and continuously improve partner experiences. Act as the bridge between client, hotels & internal teams

Salesforce CRM Support & Governance - 30%

•Support CRM Excellence : Manage Luxury & Lifestyle Global Sales Salesforce CRM records, ensuring accurate account setup, data integrity, and alignment with commercial protocols

•Optimize Revenue Conversion : Design and enhance lead-flow processes to maximize opportunity routing, tracking effectiveness, and conversion rates across all commercial touchpoints

•Ensure Data Quality : Maintain comprehensive data quality dashboards and KPIs, collaborating with teams to improve accuracy of sales activity reporting and commercial insights

•Drive Technology Innovation : Lead deployment of CRM enhancements and strategic process improvements initiated by corporate technology teams, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption

•Provide expert training, ongoing support, and troubleshooting expertise for hotel teams and sales professionals on functionality specific to Luxury & Lifestyle operations

•Support Commission payment improvement projects

Cvent Platform Support - 10%

•Manage Platform Operations : Support Cvent usage optimization for Luxury & Lifestyle B2B channels across Event Stack and MICE RFP Stack

•Drive Strategic Alignment : Ensure smooth platform adoption and configuration alignment with global commercial priorities and operational excellence standards


Qualifications

  • 4-6 years' experience in hospitality distribution or sales operations.
  • English Bilingual level
  • Knowledge of GDS
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM; Cvent a plus.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
