Manpower ST PAUL LES DURANCE recherche pour son client, un acteur du secteur de l'energie, un Juriste (H/F)
- Assists the Head of Legal Affairs in providing legal advice for the implementation of the ITER Organization legal status in line with the ITER Organization legal framework, in particular in the areas of international law, international administrative law, labour law and privileges and immunities, including interpretation and implementation of the applicable legal instruments governing the ITER Organization activities, including but not limited to legal research and legal analysis;
- Prepares legal advice on diverse substantive and procedural questions of the ITER Organization, which may include those related to administration or operational matters;
- Performs comparative analyses of the legislation and best practices of the different international organizations;
- Reviews, advises on and drafts agreements and other legal documents for the effective functioning of the ITER Organization;
- Assists in identifying legal risks and issues, provides advice on strategic and governance legal matters and delivers advice on dispute resolution and litigation;
- Performs extensive legal research & analysis, prepares legal interpretation, opinions, studies, reports, and correspondences in the scope of expertise of Legal Affairs;
- Reviews IO internal regulations as requested or necessary;
- Remains up-to-date on relevant trends and developments in compliance across public international organizations.
- Carries out other related requests, upon line management request.?

Master/Engineering degree/ eqivalent Practical experience in the management of staff litigation in an international organization would be an advantage
- Language Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken) French and/or languages of the ITER Members would be an advantage
