Description du poste
Job purpose:
Support the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits in building and implementing Group policy (salary, bonus, benefits…)
Ensure excellence in execution to all provided services, being the warrant of high data and process quality and enhancing best practices sharing, while ensuring respect for internal equity and external competitiveness in order to motivate & retain talents in the countries where the Group operates
More generally, participate in the collection, processing, analysis and synthesis of information and quantitative data that will enable local decision-making.
Roles and responsibilities:
Mission 1: C&B processes
Compensation:

Assist the Global Head of C&B in coordinating annual Merit and Bonus processes for the Top Management of the Group: gather all relevant data (external benchmark data, recommendations from affiliates, bonus KPIs achievements…) and ensure they are reliable, prepare dedicated presentations for the Group HR Director, prepare relevant communications (salary and bonus letters for instance)

Analyze external benchmark data provided by specialized consulting firms for Top Management

Propose compensation package for appointments of Senior positions within the Group

Group annual Gender Pay Gap analysis: work closely with the external consulting firm's team and provide them with the required elements to perform this annual analysis, prepare communications to different stakeholders about the results, ensure corrective measures are implemented where needed

Support the Global Head of C&B in conducting strategic projects and defining Group Compensation policy (global framework for Pay Transparency, harmonization of merit and bonus practices…)
Mission 2: Governance

Assist the Global VP Total Rewards and People Analytics in preparing the Compensation Committee meetings (agenda, presentation, minutes of meetings) and the General Shareholders' meeting (resolutions, Q&A, preparation of the presentation made by the Compensation Committee Chairman to the GSM)

Contribute to the preparation of the external communications regarding executive compensation

Lead the drafting process for the executive compensation chapter of the URD, liaison with the Statutory Auditors and other stakeholders involved (translators, communications agency, Finance and Legal Teams etc.)

Provide inputs on proxy advisors and investors questions regarding the corporate executive officer's compensation
