Description du poste
We are looking for an HRBP Apprentice to join our Group Functions HR team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact HR projects while developing strong foundations in HR business partnering, organizational analysis, and workforce governance.
As part of the team, you will support HR Business Partners working on major initiatives such as organizational redesign, workforce optimization, and transformation programs. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, documentation discipline, and process consistency—critical elements for effective decision‑making in a complex, evolving environment.
This apprenticeship is designed to offer meaningful responsibility while providing a structured learning experience for students aspiring to a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workforce Data & Analysis
- Validate and maintain HR data related to organizational changes, workforce movements, and headcount tracking.
- Prepare dashboards and regular reporting to support HR decision‑making.
- Conduct preliminary analyses for organizational impact assessments.
2. Governance & Documentation
- Ensure restructuring and organizational design processes follow internal governance standards.
- Support the preparation of required documentation for HR committees and compliance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records related to job changes, organization charts, and workforce initiatives.
3. HRBP Operating Support
- Help standardize HRBP tools, templates, and processes to increase consistency across the function.
- Coordinate follow-ups on key HR initiatives (talent processes, change actions, workforce plans, etc.).
- Assist senior HRBPs in preparing materials for leadership discussions and workforce planning sessions.
4. Transformation & Change Coordination
- Track progress on transformation-related actions and support communication flows between HR and business teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency in HR operations.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data (Excel proficiency is a plus).
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to producing accurate work.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced HR professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, transformation-heavy environment.
- English B2 minimum
