Description du poste
Main activities and responsibilities:
A. Integration of newly acquired brands
-
Coordinate with relevant functions to facilitate the successful integration of the brand to PR BU
-
Work with BU to track progress of integration of acquired brands and/or companies
-
Facilitate Founders access to PR ecosystem and leaders
-
Ensure Shareholder Agreement compliance and MCO's feedback are passed to Founders
-
Coordinate Business Plan inputs from MarketCos during acquisition, as well as, if required, for renegotiation for existing deals
Distribution model & brand ambition alignment
-
Conduct an annual review of the distribution model for each brand in each MarketCo.

Recommend the right route‑to‑market to ensure business plan achievement: PR MarketCo or Alternative RTM.

If distribution is done by PR MarketCo, align with Head of Portfolio Growth and MarketCos on

business ambitions

Support the definition of commercial targets, A&P expectations and key capabilities required to grow the brand.
Monitoring growth trajectory

Review with MCO the business plans and performance for Founders Brands.

Lead discussions with MCOs to identify risks and opportunities by brand.

Prepare mitigation plans when performance deviates from the plan.

Act as the main contact point for Founders for business development.

Coordinate business reviews with Sovereign Brands.

Provide clear visibility on integration status, commercial performance and key issues.
Required experience and skills:
Education:
A Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in distribution management, strategic initiatives, contract negotiation, financial performance management, or business development is essential.
