- The company is a 100% daughter company of the Saint-Gobain industrial group and part of the Saint-Gobain Performance Films Solutions (PFS) Business Unit with HQ in San Diego, USA.- PFS manufactures and sells solar and safety window films as well as surface protection solutions for buildings, automotive and transport applications under the brand Solar Gard as well as produces semi-finished products for the various i ndustrial sectors such as electronics and medical under the brand CORETECH.- The site in Zulte specializes in state-of-the-art wide-web roll-to-roll magnetron sputtering precision wet coatings, multi-film lamination, and clean room converting and is the logistics and commercial center for Solar Gard window film business the EMEA region.- The site Solar Gard is a team of about 30 people

In your role, you are accountability for the site's operations in all its aspects, the site's efficiency and its P&L whilst at the same time you take on the role as Quality manager. As site manager:- You act as a day-to-day leader for the operational team consisting of production, warehouse and conversion, supply chain and the customer service team (each with their respective team leaders)- you are responsible for cost control of the site, the general functioning of the site and the personnel management.- You ensure that the facility adheres to all safety regulations and standards, fostering a culture of safety among employees. As Quality and Process manager,-You are responsible for quality and process audits.- You organize the quality control of products and services, and you implement and update safety policies, based on legal regulations and internal standards, and on Business Risks and continuity planning.- You monitor quality data, follow up claims and complaint (analyze and corrective actions). You develop and implement a plan for quality control with analyses, actions and follow up.-You make employees aware of and educate them regarding the approach to quality.

• You have a Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience in a production plant.• You act as an entrepreneur, you are hands-on, autonomous and responsible, pragmatic, customer-oriented, solution- and results-oriented and yet you are also systematic, structured and have eye for detail and respect for processes• You already have a first relevant experience in quality, process and/or EHS management in an industrial environment. Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 or other schemes (health care, automotive) are a clear plus.• You hold a Level 3 Prevention Advisor qualification or are willing to undertake the training.• You are a problem solver, identifying pro-actively potential challenges and opportunities taking initiative rather than waiting for problems to arise.• The safety of yourself and of your colleagues is an absolute priority for you. You are fluent in Dutch, English (corporate language). French is an asset.
