- The company is a 100% daughter company of the Saint-Gobain industrial group and part of the Saint-Gobain Performance Films Solutions (PFS) Business Unit with HQ in San Diego, USA. - PFS manufactures and sells solar and safety window films as well as surface protection solutions for buildings, automotive and transport applications under the brand Solar Gard as well as produces semi-finished products for the various industrial sectors such as electronics and medical under the brand CORETECH. - The site in Zulte specializes in state-of-the-art wide-web roll-to-roll magnetron sputtering precision wet coatings, multi-film lamination, and clean room converting and is the logistics and commercial center for Solar Gard window film business the EMEA region. - The site Solar Gard is a team of about 30 people

In your role, you are responsible for the 24/7 manufacturing organization of the Zulte site to meet safety, quality, service, supply levels (customer service satisfaction) and production goals. Therefore, - You are the primary point of accountability for the site, acting as a leader, guiding, developing and motivating the operational team toward shared goals. - You oversee daily on-site operations and analyze performance metrics, budgets, and compliance indicators. - You deploy company objectives, strategy and policies to Zulte site employees - You identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - You report to the PFS Global Operations Director based in San Diego.

- You have a Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience in a production plant. - You already have a first relevant experience in managing team in a production environment. - You act as an entrepreneur, you are hands-on, independent, dynamic, pragmatic, customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and results-oriented. - You are a problem solver, identifying potential challenges and opportunities taking initiative rather than waiting for problems to arise. - The safety of yourself and of your colleagues is an absolute priority for you. - You are fluent in Dutch and English.
