As an Intern within the central Hotel Services team for People & Culture, you will support global HR service and digital transformation initiatives that impact our hotels worldwide. Working under the guidance of the central team and in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants, you will contribute to coordination, documentation, research, and communication activities.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the review, redesign, and deployment of the Hotel Services HR Catalogue, including research, benchmarking, preparation of change and communication materials, and coordination of webinars and working sessions. You will also assist with deployment activities, such as documenting elements of the order-to-cash process, supporting legal and product framework documentation, and tracking regional adoption under supervision.
In parallel, you will support the hotel budget guideline process from a central perspective by assisting with data preparation, updating systems, and contributing to inputs for the 2027 HR services budget model.
You will also provide coordination and administrative support during the continued deployment of HERO, Accor's global HR digital ecosystem, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, tracking issues and actions, updating presentations, and supporting regular stakeholder communications.
This internship offers structured exposure to HR services, hospitality operations, digital tools, and change initiatives within an international and multi-brand environment.

Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel, with increasing autonomy

Your Background
Fresh graduate or current student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Field of study: Business, Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related discipline
First professional experience or a significant internship in a corporate or HR-related environment (hospitality sector is a plus)
Languages (written and spoken): Fluent English required; French is a plus
