Bid Production Manager - H/F -SUEZ

As a Bid Production Manager, you will join a team of talented individuals dedicated to developing international projects in the recycling and recovery of both household and industrial waste (international tenders, acquisitions or merchant plant implementation). You will report hierarchically to the Waste Business Excellence Director.
Under the Project Director's accountability, you are responsible for the Bid Production. In conjunction with the BU's and the Headquarter teams, you will coordinate preliminary studies, prepare the bid, particularly in terms of its technical, legal and financial aspects, and participate in negotiations until the contract is signed.
You will be responsible for managing the project team, and for delivering the project to the client.
The Bid Production Manager:
- Manages the bid on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinates team efforts, communicates with bid team members
- Executes specific tasks, such as assisting the Project Director in:
- Preparing the Steering Committee and reporting structures (senior management, OpCom and Board) to obtain necessary approvals
- Formalizing the project management plan (organization chart, project schedule, governance, list of deliverables, etc.)
- Assessing the project Risks & Opportunities
- Manages the project team with the support of the Project Director, in a multicultural context
- Relying on BU's teams, ensures alignment with Client's requirements
- Ensures timescales are met
- Plans and coordinates Client dialogue
