Within ARA, you will join the Marketing, Communication, and Product Development team composed of about ten people, whose goal is to enhance Amundi's visibility in alternative asset classes and private markets, to drive the marketing of investment solutions, and to provide and distribute content and marketing tools intended for Amundi group sales and our external clients (Institutional, Distribution & Wealth, Retail). Within ARA's Marketing team the Digital Marketing officer will play a dual role in driving digital transformation and enhancing our market visibility. You will be the bridge between technology and business, ensuring our marketing team fully leverage our new CRM capabilities while maintaining our strategic presence on websites & institutional databases.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Adoption & Marketing Automation
Change Management: Act as the primary point of contact to facilitate the adoption of the new CRM tool across the marketing teams.
Campaign Orchestration: Assist teams in designing, launching, and tracking digital marketing campaigns directly within the CRM.
Targeting: ensure internal audiences are segmented properly. Liaise with sales teams and chiefs of staff regarding client distribution lists for ARA marketing collateral.
Lead Management: Implement and optimize lead qualification workflows to ensure high-quality data and efficient hand-over to sales teams.
Training & Support: Create user guides and lead workshops to help marketing stakeholders master CRM functionalities (segmentation, reporting, and dashboarding).
2. Data Management on Institutional Platforms
Product Exposure: Maintain and update Amundi Real Assets' product details and expertises on newspapers (HFR, HFM, BarclaysHedge, Eurakahedge) & institutional databases (e.g., Albourne, Preqin,), in partnership with the central consultant team of Amundi
Market recognition : Answer market surveys and participate to industry awards
3. Management of Websites :
Continuous improvement : Coordinate IT teams to bring regular functional updates to the website "MyAltPlaftorm" , a dedicated website providing detailed information on risk & exposures of Amundi hedge funds
Data Integrity: Ensure that all qualitative and quantitative information regarding our funds is accurate, up-to-date on Amundi websites
