In this role, you drive Sales Effectiveness by shaping and leading the CRM roadmap, digital sales workflows, commercial data governance, and BI dashboards to enhance pipeline quality, sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement.
You ensure that CRM, analytics, and digital tools are effectively adopted and consistently translated into measurable business impact, directly supporting revenue growth and commercial performance.
Responsabilités:
- Build, own and drive the CRM roadmap (Salesforce/ACE): design, prioritization, and deployment.
- Ensure a fully integrated customer experience (internal & external) thought the CRM digital roadmap and deployment.
- Improve sales effectiveness through digital workflows, CRM adoption, and data-driven processes.
- Improve pipeline velocity and lead conversion through CRM simplification and adoption
- Lead the design of commercial dashboards, KPIs and reporting with BI / IT teams.
- Ensure Sales-Marketing alignment through shared data, pipeline visibility, and forecasting tools.
- Define commercial data governance, metrics, and reporting standards.
- Drive change management and CRM adoption across Sales & Marketing.
- Manage CRM projects with external vendors, integrations and within budget.
- Partner with IT, Digital, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support Commercial Excellence KPIs.
- Benchmark industry best practices, introduces innovation in sales processes & marketing processes, including evaluation and adoption of CRM AI-based solutions
- Lead and develop the team with clear project ownership and execution discipline.
Profil:
- Master's degree with minimum 10 years' experience in commercial functions linked with digital process setting, data modelling and reporting with proven impact in terms of business decisions
- Proven digital savvy approach with strong experience in BI, CRM knowledge (SalesForce.com experience is required)
- Proven project management methods within an agile & lean model
- Proven commercial acumen (understands sales processes lead to cash, sales & customer data, pipeline, campaign ROI, revenue levers).
- Prove experience in leadership roles and management of international teams (2 direct reports + 2 functional IT reports) within a matrix environment
- Fluent in English (mandatory), French/ Spanish (appreciated)
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change at scale
- Communication-capability to transform complex, technical messages into clear messages with actionable steps
