Context
Over the years, Procurement has built a solid foundation to become a strategic catalyst, supporting both the Group's growth and operational excellence. Procurement is now an integrated function, working closely with the GBUs. In 2024, annual spending reached €19 billion, an increase of 18% over the last three years, reflecting the importance of suppliers in the GBUs' roadmap.
In order to ensure an agile, competitive and sustainable supply chain, Procurement has established a strategic roadmap based on three main priorities: Procurement's contribution to the Group's performance, health, safety and ethical requirements with suppliers, and strengthening the resilience and sustainability of the supply chain.
