Want to join a fast-moving company, among convivial teams and contribute to our talent attraction and development strategy ? In a context of growth, in order to manage multiple strategic recruitments from all functions and different levels of seniority, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
You will be part of:
Under the supervision of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, participate in the talent acquisition activities within Center of Excellence (CoE) by educating and providing expertise. Deliver recruitment missions from junior level to middle management positions for all French affiliates within Pernod Ricard.
Your key missions:
Lead recruitment missions

Partner with HRBP and Business leaders in the entities to evaluate business requirements, challenge the profiles targeted, lead the search and recommend qualitative and swift shortlists of candidates;

Lead the acquisition of qualified candidates for all functions

Inject the company culture and convey the Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) strategy in every step of the recruitment process;

The Talent Acquisition Expert might work on more senior & complex profiles if the workload required it.
Identify and recommend creative and competitive solutions

Stay abreast of trends, best practices in candidates' evaluation tools, technological advancements and EVP actions (Welcome to The Jungle, Linkedin…) in collaboration with the EVP Expert.

Recommend cutting edge EVP and recruitment solutions to meet Pernod Ricard 's short- and long-term strategy in France

Understand the culture and business of the different entities
Be a Business Partner with the local HRBP & Educate Center of Excellence (CoE) Members

Participate in the education of local HRBPs and hiring managers on recruitment, sourcing strategies and techniques to attract and engage with potential candidates;

Work on the training for the COE team on job specificities within affiliates.
Support the local HRBP & CoE Members on transversal or specifics projects

Act as subject matter expert for the HRBP on Talent Acquisition projects;

Support the other members of the COE on different projects (Talent & development, EVP…) following the business needs and the COE workload.

Bachelor or Master's degree with a specialisation in Human Resources

At least 5 years of proven working experience as a Talent Acquisition Expert or Recruiter in an international environment

Fluent in English and French

Experience in both building and executing recruiting processes

Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates

Energetic with strong analytical skills

Communication skills with diverse teams
