Description du poste
Would you like to join an international company, work in a dynamic environment, and gain a transversal view of internal control challenges? Pernod Ricard is recruiting its future Group Internal Control Apprentice starting in September 2026 for one year.

Purpose of the role
Within the Internal Control Brand Units and HQ team (5 people), the apprentice contributes to the management, maintenance and strengthening of the internal control framework across a broad scope covering Headquarters and Brand Units (The Absolut Company, Martell, Mumm, Perrier Jouet, Chivas, Irish Distillers…).
The apprentice supports the team in activities related to LSF (Loi de Sécurité Financière), Sapin II, Internal Control testing campaigns, as well as various controls and cross-functional projects.
Key responsibilities
1. Contribute to the internal control framework (HQ & Brand Units)
· Support the implementation and monitoring of internal control frameworks in line with LSF and Sapin II requirements
· Contribute to annual internal control campaigns: preparation, execution and documentation of tests
· Participate in the update of risk mappings, gap analysis and follow-up of action plans
· Support the team in tracking recommendations issued by internal and external auditors
2. Perform cross-functional controls and analyses
· Participate in the execution of internal control tests across various processes (procure-to-pay, T&E,…)
· Analyze test results, identify key risks and contribute to the formalization of conclusions
· Support ad-hoc controls or specific reviews depending on team priorities
3. Support and raise awareness among operational teams
· Contribute to internal control awareness initiatives for HQ and Brand Units teams
· Participate in the preparation of communication, training and reporting materials
· Answer operational teams' questions related to internal control rules and best practices
4. Contribute to projects and continuous improvement
· Participate in projects aimed at improving internal control processes and tools
· Contribute to the harmonization of practices between HQ and Brand Units
· Be proactive in suggesting improvements to methodologies, tools and reporting
Profile
-Student currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Accounting, Audit, Internal Control, Compliance, Risk Management or Finance)
-Basic knowledge of accounting, audit and internal control principles
-Strong interest in structured and regulated environments
-Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
-Comfortable with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); interest in information systems is a plus
-Professional proficiency in French and English
-A first experience in internal control, audit or finance would be a plus
