Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Social Sustainability Intern for 6 months from July to December 2026. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare, Paris 8).

As a Social Sustainability Intern, your role will be to assist the Social Sustainability & Engagement Director and topic experts in driving the company's Social Sustainability agenda and engaging with all our stakeholders to have a positive impact.
Your key missions:
Mission 1: Social Sustainability integration & engagement
- Contribute to coordinating the Social Sustainability roadmap working closely with other topic experts and teams to ensure.
- Support with the understanding of CS3D (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive), CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Directive), Devoir de Vigilance, and the UNGPs (United Nations Guiding Principles).
- Assist in responses to ESG ratings and rankings (CHRB, WBA, Equileap, Ecovadis etc.) and review performances to inform opportunities for improvement.
- Develop materials to explain the Group's commitments and engage with our stakeholders (publications, events, workshops, training and other materials.
Mission 2: Human rights reporting, ratings and monitoring
- Monitor and track best practices on human rights including corporate commitments, legal & regulatory context; and NGO and activist activity.
- Assist with conducting Human Rights Risk Assessments and building mitigation plans with topic experts.
- Assist in developing opportunities to raise awareness and train colleagues on Human Rights
- Participate in conferences and webinars and share insights with relevant internal stakeholders.

- You are a student in a relevant field of study in Human Rights, Law & Business Ethics, Social Sciences, Sociology, Public Policy or International Relations
- You have previous experience and/or internship in human rights and/social sustainability (sustainable procurement, community impact, etc.)
- You are rigorous, collaborative, adaptable and have the ability to prioritize concurrent projects with the big picture
- You speak English and French fluently, Spanish is a plus
- You have good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- You are deeply committed to promoting human rights, with a strong drive to improve working conditions and enhance community livelihoods. Seeking meaningful experience in an international environment
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
