The SupplierPerformance Assistant reports directly to the Head of Sourcing Performance andworks closely with the Supplier Performance Manager and the Global Sourcingteams across all sourcing platforms (Asia, Euromed, Americas).

TheSupplier Performance Analyst contributes to the continuous improvement ofsupplier performance through data analysis, KPI monitoring and scorecardmanagement. He / She plays an active role in strengthening Lacoste's supplierrelationships, acting as a key interface between internal teams and thesupplier base across all geographies.

VendorManagement:

- Lead the operational deployment of the SupplierPerformance Scorecard across all five supplier tiers (data collection,consolidation, analysis and reporting), ensuring on-time delivery and fullscope coverage.
- Design andmaintain performance monitoring dashboards (Excel / Power BI) tracking keysupplier KPIs (OTP, OTA, quality, CSR) and generate actionable insights for thesourcing teams.
- Support the supplier performance manager to lay outbetter the current scorecard processes

- Analysesuppliers' data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuousimprovement.

- AnalyseSuppliers' performance evolution and consolidate corrective Action Plans withoperational teams.

The Project Manager may also be required to :

- Conduct research on market trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices in supplier relationship management.

- Collaborate with CSR global Project teams to defineLacoste Durable Elegance KPIs for Tiers 2/3/4

Other duties:

The Project Manager may also be required to performsome ad-hoc tasks:

- Enhance Suppliers' relationship management via theorganisation of events such as the Supplier Conference and Supplierssatisfaction surveys.

- Support on definition and implementation of sourcingprocesses

- Support on Contracts and legal documentationmanagement

- Engineering school or business school with a supplychain / data / operations focus - Master 1 or Master 2 level required.Final-year internships (stage de fin d'études) are welcome ;

- Knowledgeof the fashion industry is a plus.
