YOUR EVERYDAY EXPERIENCE IF YOU JOIN US
As part of a strategic initiative to enhance sales data quality and reporting capabilities, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Industrials & Commodities (I&C) division a Sales Data & CRM Performance Analyst - Internship (F-M-D) on a 6-month internship contract.
Reporting to the Sales & Product Performance Manager, you will join the Product Portfolio Performance team based in our Head Quarters - in Paris.
You will work closely with our Product Line Leaders, I&C Leadership Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders within the framework of improving sales performance reporting, data quality, and AI-enabled automation.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Your mission is to support strategic initiatives related to sales data quality, CRM analytics, and reporting automation, ensuring reliable, efficient, and scalable sales performance information for leadership decision-making. Your role is essential to optimizing how Product Line Leaders and I&C Leadership Teams access, interpret, and use sales data for business reviews and strategic planning.
You will:
• Participate in extracting, structuring and analyzing sales data from Salesforce (CRM) and related internal systems to support leadership reporting and business reviews
• Contribute to defining and monitoring data quality indicators while identifying gaps or inconsistencies impacting reporting quality and decision-making
• Assist in creating and improving dashboards that transform raw sales data into clear, actionable performance views for Product Line Leaders
• Support identifying and implementing AI-enabled automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve reporting consistency, and accelerate insight generation
• Participate in simplifying sales reporting workflows and improving data flows between Salesforce, analytics tools, and AI solutions
• Assist in structuring product performance data and preparing analyses to support portfolio and performance reviews
THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
Strong interest in sales analytics, CRM, data quality, reporting, and performance management - Enables you to understand the business context behind the data and deliver insights that directly support leadership decision-making.
Very good command of Excel for analysis and data structuring - Allows you to efficiently manipulate, clean, and prepare complex sales datasets for reporting and visualization.
Good knowledge of Salesforce / CRM analytics and Tableau - Helps you extract meaningful insights from our CRM system and contribute to creating clear, actionable dashboards for Product Line Leaders.
Strong interest in AI usage for process optimization and automation - Helps you identify and implement innovative solutions to reduce manual effort, improve reporting consistency, and accelerate insight generation.
Analytical, structured, proactive mindset eager to improve existing ways of working - Ensures you can identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and contribute to the continuous optimization of our sales reporting processes.
Comfortable interacting with cross-functional and senior stakeholders - Allows you to effectively gather requirements, present findings, and collaborate with Product Line Leaders and I&C Leadership Teams.
Fluent in English - Enables seamless communication in our international business environment and ensures your reports and presentations meet professional standards.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, Data Science program, or equivalent institution, ideally in your final year or on a gap year.
You have a strong academic foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, ideally with a demonstrated interest in sales performance management, CRM systems, and AI-enabled automation.
