Summary
The Workforce Development Intern will support the Regional Essentials of Sales (EOS) Program by contributing to program development, content creation, and performance analysis. The intern will assist with the design, implementation, and evaluation of the program, with a focus on accelerating onboarding and development for new sales professionals. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and provide exposure to sales operations, human resources, and talent management.
Essential Functions
- Assist in creating structured learning paths, onboarding materials, and competency frameworks for early-career sales representatives.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design engaging training content, including presentations, job aids, and digital learning modules.
- Help track program effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback, engagement metrics, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Document workflows, best practices, and program guidelines to ensure scalability and consistency across regions.
- Work closely with the program manager, trainers, and sales leaders to align program objectives with business needs.
- Attend team meetings, contribute ideas for enhancing the early-career experience, and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications
- Applicant must be pursuing a college degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; experience with MS Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools preferred.
- Ability to work with learning management systems, leverage survey tools, and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Results-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior internship or coursework involving learning and development, human resources, or sales operations is a plus.
