What You'll Do

As our PIM/DAM Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring that our product information and digital assets are accurate, consistent, and optimized for customer use - including our major retail partners.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and our Marketing Operations team to enhance and maintain product data across multiple categories while helping improve the backend systems that support our websites and digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Upload documents into our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and tag them correctly for website integration.
  • Audit website content to ensure product data accuracy and proper syndication.
  • Partner with Product Managers across several business lines (Ceilings, Gypsum, Finishing, Insulation, Retail).
  • Validate and update product information, and identify missing data.
  • Coordinate translations of product documents when needed.
  • Communicate progress and findings to internal stakeholders.

About You

You'll shine in this role if you are detail‑oriented, curious, and excited to learn the inner workings of digital content systems.

You Bring:

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database‑style tools.
  • Curiosity and interest in website back‑end systems or digital platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy matters.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a collaborative environment.
  • Effective time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce experience is an asset).
  • Bilingualism in French is a strong asset.
