Theoffered position is for SUEZ E&C (Engineering and Construction), atransversal business of SUEZ dedicated to water treatment infrastructures(potable water plants, desalination plants, wastewater treatment plants, etc.)and waste for the international market. Its broad scope of activities coversareas of design, construction, finance, and operations, providing technicalexpertise in project management.

We are looking for a Junior Proposal Engineer.

JobPurpose

- As part of the Group's policy and processes, is responsible for managing, coordinating and implementing winning proposals, in consistent with the strategy, commitments and goals of the company or, is responsible, under the authority of a proposal manager, forthe technical part of a proposal.
Reports hierarchically to PC Manager

MainAccountabilities

- Suggests, implements and adapts the strategy of the implementation of the proposal or of a part of a proposal.
- Is responsible in terms of cost, quality, time and competitiveness for the proposal entrusted to him/her.
- Is responsible for all internal deliverables (note design, technical analysis, , R & O matrix,motor lists, equipment list...) and external (division of responsibilities, planning implementation, ,technical proposal given to the customer ...) of his/her scope of responsibilities.
- Contributes, in support of the business developer, to anticipate and influence relationships with external stakeholders.
- Is able to understand the role and responsibilities within the offer.
Positions himself/herself as the leader for the work package which he/she is responsible for.
- Manages, in delegation of autonomy, internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, DT, legal, finance, tax, insurance, GC ...) on his/her scope of responsibilities and alerts his/her superiors if necessary.
- Is accountable for the application of the processes, documentation and monitoring the decisions defined within Suez

Education:

- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)

Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- French (desirable)
- Advanced computer skills
- Presto software for budget preparation ( desirable )
- Knowledge of industrial safety, functional safety, ATEX (desirable)
- Aveva Engineering design software (desirable)
- Revit software for BIM projects (desirable)

- Organized and methodical

Experience:
- A previous internship in a similar company
- Experience in international projects
- Experience in construction / Commisioning (desirable)
