INTERNSHIP -Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) OperationsSUEZ

Integrated into the mergers and acquisitions team, the intern will have the following main missions:

• Direct participation in the Group's financial operations (acquisitions, disposals, transversal operations) in an international context;
• Valuation and financial modeling work;
• Preparation of financial and strategic analyzes for the Group's various committees or decision-making bodies;
• Support for the negotiation and structuring of industrial investment projects in development zones;
• Monitoring the market and active players in the fields of water, sanitation and waste;
• Provide support in structuring the M&A team.

• Higher education: business school, engineering or university (gap, end-of-studies internship after a first experience);
• Mastery of financial modeling and company valuation methods (previous experience in investment banking or funds is preferred);
• Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, hard work, ability to work in a team;
• Fluent French and English essential;
