Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Packaging Procurement Apprentice for 12 months from September 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
You will assist the global packaging procurement team in defining and implementing the purchasing strategy across the four pillars (Sustainable Development, Margin Protection, Innovation, Supply Chain Security) for secondary packaging, as well as the tools required for the Group's procurement transformation.
Your key missions:
Implementing procurement strategies
- You are responsible for drafting tender documents, evaluation reports, and contract award submissions, ensuring consistency in format and content.
- You manage the update of pricing for strategic suppliers.
- You coordinate the supplier performance process and business reviews (calculating supplier performance with subsidiaries, aggregating results, preparing business review materials, and participating in meetings with suppliers).
- You are involved in the deployment of the new supplier risk assessment and mitigation process.
- You contribute to achieving the category's S&R (Sustainability & Responsibility) objectives by working on action plans with local procurement teams and suppliers.
Analytical support
- You will prepare statistics, reports, and presentations (such as presenting procurement strategy and data clearly in PowerPoint).
- You will keep databases up to date and conduct associated analyses to provide the best data for decision-making.
Support of the organization and implementation of procurement initiatives
- You will publish internal procurement communications within the buyer community in the affiliates.
- You will maintain progress reports on purchasing activities and ongoing work.

- You are pursuing a Master's degree in Procurement, Business, or equivalent.
- You ideally have a previous internship in procurement.
- You are fluent in English.
- You master Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
- You are rigorous, curious, and autonomous.
- You have very good analysis and synthesis skills.
- You have an appetite for sustainability.
