Job Summary

• Make dashboard for slitter setup instructions and inventory all slitter tools.
• Validate tool tracking system to see how we can optimize it using Airtable or EQMS. -
• Improve tool tracking system to include tools from other departments such as lamination, films, chamfer, and semiauto. -
• Purchase program to help slitter operators do setups.
• Organize slitter tools so knives do not touch to prevent chipping and inventory them.
• Calculate and execute savings project to make Bihlers slow down and sort bad parts before continuing serial production to avoid operator interference

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing/enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing degree (Bachelors or Masters) within Mechanical , Industrial, manufacturing.
