The Quality Assurance Internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a custom manufacturer for the biopharmaceutical and cell therapy industries. The Quality Assurance Intern will be responsible for supporting the site's Quality Management System and ensuring that the Quality standards of the company are maintained within the site procedures, policies, processes, purchased components and manufactured products.

Essential Functions

• Support root cause analysis, risk assessments, CAPAs, internal audits, procedure reviews and updates, supplier assessment, training and presentation, and communication of Quality principles and requirements among internal groups.
• Support QA review of change controls, equipment/process qualification and validations, and support QA execution of autoclave validations.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a two or four-year accredited degree program, preferably in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Public Health, or related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PPT, Excel
