Maintenance Coordinator - Manufacturing, Omniseal Solution, $25.00-$36.00 per hour. Shift schedule 8:00am-5:00pm M-F plus Overtime.

The Omniseal Solutions division under the Mobility business is looking for an Engineering Technician to join the Saint-Gobain team.

Coordinates maintenance support activities including safety training, PPE/tool tracking, and permit management and contractor management. Maintains records, schedules, supports KPI reporting and CMMS documentation. Assists in developing training content and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.

Coordinating and maintaining support for the maintenance department to include:

• Department support for site issues as they arise, including techs, operators, staff, contractors, etc.
• Documentation
• Safe Permit tracking and filing.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $25.00 to $36.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $52,000 to $82,368. • GED/HS Diploma (preferred)
• Must have 2+ years Experience working with maintenance, accounting, safety, production personal (required)
• 3+ years experience in functional basics of managing CMMS with experience looking up parts, ordering, developing PMs Preferred.
