The Warehouse Associate I performs standard warehouse functions with growing independence and efficiency. This role requires prior warehouse experience and a demonstrated understanding of procedures, quality expectations, and warehouse technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment activities
- Use RF scanners and other warehouse systems with minimal supervision
- Operating powered industrial material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Combilift)
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
- Identify and report process or safety concerns
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to Warehouse Associate employees.
- Escalate inventory damage, shortages, or issues to a team lead or supervisor
Work Schedule: This position is on the night shift working 12-hour rotating shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule. This includes working some weekends.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution with working knowledge of warehouse processes and safety procedures
- 1 year of Warehouse Management Systems experience required, SAP prefered.
- Preferred experience with inventory control activities
- Forklift license preferred
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts on nights, 6:00pm - 6:00am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
