What's the job

We are looking for a Territory Manager to lead sales growth for SageGlass in a territory that includes New York, Boston, Philadelphia and Eastern Canada. You will develop and execute a territory strategy that aligns with our broader business goals, while building strong relationships with developers, owners, investors, architects, and key contractor partners.

You will represent the SageGlass value proposition to a diverse group of stakeholders --educating them on the performance, sustainability, and occupantcomfort benefits that differentiate our smart glass solutions. Your ability to navigate complex, longcycle sales environments and to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling insights will be critical.

A strong networker, you will proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline through referrals, local events, speaking engagements, and tight collaboration with inside sales, marketing, and field operations teams. Preference for a candidate based in the New York City or Boston surrounding metropolitan areas.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $89,500 to $138,5000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan (SIP). The targeted amount is 50% of base salary. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and SIP) for this position, is $138,000 to $213,000. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

What do you bring?

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi_stakeholder, long_cycle sales processes, ideally within real
estate, architecture, construction, or aligned solution_provider markets.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• The ability to build trust with diverse decision makers, from developers to architects to contractors.
• A self_driven mindset with the initiative to build your own pipeline through networking and opportunity sourcing.
• Comfort getting "technical when needed" and distilling complex concepts into clear messaging.
• The ability to work independently, own issues, use data to make decisions, and drive actions forward.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ for customer visits and events; valid driver's license.
