Description du poste
The Production Technician is responsible for safely manufacturing high-quality products that meet customer and company specifications while supporting efficient plant operations. This role operates production equipment, monitors product quality, completes production records, and works as part of a team to meet production goals. Production Technicians play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment following established work instructions and safety procedures.
- Monitor product quality through visual inspections and measurements to ensure specifications are met.
- Make minor equipment adjustments and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- Complete production reports and accurately record required operational data.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements, including company policies and procedures.
- Identify and report quality, safety, or production issues and assist in resolving them.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, training programs, and team meetings.
- Support the training of new Production Technicians and assist with other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow established safety procedures.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, procedures, and production schedules.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or move materials as required and perform the physical demands of the job.
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed.
- Strong attendance record and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
