Recent Graduates Welcome: If you have completed a relevant bachelor's degree within the last two years, this programme could be for you. Opportunities are available across Engineering, Commercial and General disciplines. We value your fresh perspective, potential and enthusiasm, so extensive work experience is not required.

Relevant Qualifications: Engineering opportunities are available for graduates in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial and related engineering disciplines. Commercial and General opportunities are open to graduates with relevant qualifications in areas such as Business Administration, Commerce, Philosophy, Education and other applicable fields.

Passion Over Experience: No previous work experience is required. We are looking for curious, motivated individuals who are ready to learn, contribute and help improve our operations and business performance. A strong academic record, with an average of 65% or higher, will help you stand out.
