Reporting line: Plants Expert - Performance department
Position Summary:
Responsible for arranging and implementing agreed technical missions for the client, including Performance Management team, Support Staff, and all staff working in related projects.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Implement approved development plans and coordinate agreed technical missions' activities, ensure compliance with Organization's approved plan and budget.
- Organize technical missions specific to various roles and in coordination with SUEZ experts and SUEZ entities specialized in the mission topic.
- Collaborate with SUEZ experts to lead missions and oversee client participation.
- Prepare missions venues by ensuring experts have all the tools, technical equipment and resources needed to effectively conduct the mission.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling mission times and locations and sending invitation information to the concerned persons (client and SUEZ).
- Ensure the proper conduct of the mission as per the schedule and plan.
- Translate the missions' reports.
- Coordinate with his/her colleagues for the implementation and the follow-up of the actions.
- Coordinate with TSST the meetings and visits
- Prepare the monthly reports and get approval from TSST.
- Protect interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and Health and Safety regulations.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater O&M.
- Proficiency in Uzbek, English and Russian languages.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office.

- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis.
- Ability to create effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the Organization.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discipline and morale.
